1. About Easier FX
Easier FX is operated by Easier FX Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We provide market intelligence and timing guidance for foreign exchange — we do not hold client money, execute trades, or operate as a regulated broker.
2. What you agree to
By creating an account or using the website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Easier FX on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
3. Not financial advice
Everything Easier FX shows you — scoring, commentary, event explanations, historical context — is for information only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and must not be relied on as such. Always consult your bank, broker, or a qualified professional before making FX decisions.
4. Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Easier FX to do anything illegal, to abuse our systems, to scrape data at scale, to attempt to break our security, or to resell our data without a written agreement.
6. Paid plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for future cycles with at least 30 days' notice.
7. Data accuracy
We work hard to keep rate data, economic events, and commentary accurate and timely, but markets move constantly and third-party data feeds can fail. Easier FX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that information will be free of errors or that the service will be uninterrupted.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easier FX Ltd is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, currency loss, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
